SecuGen RD Service 1.00

SecuGen RD Service is a background utility that enables SecuGen fingerprint scanners to function as UIDAI-compliant Registered Devices for Aadhaar-based workflows. It manages device registration and key provisioning with the vendor’s servers, enforces liveness and quality checks, and exposes a local API that client applications use to trigger secure fingerprint capture. Instead of sharing raw images, the service returns an encrypted PID block as required by UIDAI, helping protect biometric data in use cases such as AEPS, eKYC, AEBAS, and other Indian e-governance and banking integrations. It supports popular SecuGen readers (for example, Hamster Pro 20/20AP and U20 series) and is typically available for Windows and Android environments.
